From decorating cupcakes to topping muffins, this cream cheese frosting is both decadent and delicious. You can easily alter this recipe into a delicious chocolate cream cheese frosting or color it for all your decorating needs!
Makes about 3 cups of frosting.
What do I need?
- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla
What do I do now?
In a large mixing bowl (I go big since the powdered sugar can crazy here), cream together your cream cheese and butter until well mixed. Add the vanilla and mix a bit longer. Now slowly add the powdered sugar until all has been added and is a creamy texture.
