We are cutting the chemicals in as many aspects of our lives as we can – and now we can add the way we clean our cars to that list!  What’s that?  How can you clean your car without the use of chemicals, buffers, etc?  With e-cloth microfiber cloths, you will revolutionize the way you clean and change your thoughts!  I received a car cleaning kit from e-cloth in exchange for my honest opinion.

How can you clean your car with e-cloth?

When you clean your car, what is the first thing you do?  Get out some sort of soap, polish or combination of the two?  What if you could clean the entire car with just water and it look clean like you’ve never seen before?  Well, that is exactly what you will get with e-cloth!  Cloths from e-cloth have a significant number of fibres that will lock in dirt, grease, bacteria and more that will leave your car looking bright and clean!

This car cleaning kit comes with everything you need to make your car look its best from the outside!  This includes paintwork, chrome, lights and even glass!  It includes the Dual Action Mitt, the Dry & Shine cloth and the Glass & Chrome cloth.  Each of the e-cloth products in this kit have a specific duty as it relates to when you clean your car, but they are multi-purpose and can be used elsewhere in your home, too!

The Dual Action Mitt is a great cleaning glove that slips comfortably and securely onto your hand for ease of use.  One side is orange with finger-like protrusions that will start the cleaning process off right when you clean your car!  You will want to make sure you wet the outside of your car first to help loosen old or large dirt/grime and then get the mitt nice and wet, too (but be sure to wring it out a bit, you don’t want it sopping!).  Be sure to rinse and wring the cloth as you go to get rid of the grime that the fingers are holding onto – once you have done that, simply turn the cloth around to the gray side and use this smooth side for general cleaning and hard other areas.  I like the mitt style for getting into crevices that brushes can’t reach!

Once you have your car looking clean, but it is still wet, you are ready to bust out the yellow Dry & Shine cloth!  This super soft cloth is ready to buff and polish your car to a sparkling finish!  I am seriously in love with how nice this looks!  Now, I will tell you, I also like using this on my bathroom countertops in the house after I wipe them down – it just leaves a beautifully polished sheen behind!

To round out the cleaning process – you can clean windows, headlights and shine up the chrome on your car with the Glass & Chrome cloth.  Seemingly rougher than the Dry & Shine cloth, I was a bit skeptical at first, but have found that this cloth leaves behind a streak-free finish and everything is gleaming!  I also like to use this on my stainless steel appliances!

The Verdict

If you are looking to clean your car in a chemical-free way and in the end, save money – you definitely should check out the car cleaning kit from e-cloth.  At less than $25, this kit will have paid for its self in less than three trips to the carwash at the gas station!  Plus you save yourself from chemical-exposure!  Be sure to learn more about these and other chemical-free cleaning products from e-cloth by following them on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube!
